How long does a project typically take?

It depends on scope and complexity. A simple website with booking is often live in 2–3 weeks. Larger projects with ordering, CRM, and integrations take 4–8 weeks. We give you a concrete estimate during the first consultation.

What does an AuraCode solution cost?

We work with fixed prices per module. A professional website starts in the low four-digit range; a full system (website + ordering + CRM) is significantly higher. You get the exact price after a free first consultation – always as a fixed price, no hourly estimates.

Am I tied to a contract?

No. There are no minimum terms or subscription traps. The maintenance package can be cancelled monthly. The one-time development is classic contract work – after handover, everything belongs to you.

Can I get changes or extensions later?

Of course, anytime. Smaller adjustments are often included in the maintenance package; larger extensions are billed transparently. Since you own the system yourself, you're never tied to us.

What if I'm not very tech-savvy?

That's exactly what we're here for. We explain everything in plain language, no jargon. You get personal training and a brief guide. For questions, just reach out – we help without billing hourly rates for beginner questions.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany, with GDPR-compliant hosters. We don't share your data and don't use tracking tools you don't explicitly want. On request, we create the necessary data protection documents with you.

What if I'm not satisfied later?

We discuss interim progress regularly, so this doesn't happen in the first place. Should something not fit anyway, we find a solution – adjustments, corrections, rework are a given. Nobody goes live with something that doesn't convince.

What if I want to cancel the project halfway?

You only pay for what's been done. There are no penalty fees or contract penalties. Fair relationship – both sides are voluntary.
